Wölffer Reserve Chardonnay 2003
Bright golden in color. Classic Chardonnay aromas of ripe pear, fine yeast and toastiness with hints of honey. The mouth-feel is full with fruit, bright acidity and wonderfully integrated lees and oak notes.
The seemingly endless finish is vibrant and complex with mineral and creamy yeast that highlight the classic Burgundian style this wine is made in.
Serve slightly chilled. The elegant flavors and acidity, as well as the subtlety of this wine, will enhance all fish and white meat dishes.
